Fiat Chrysler, CBRE and Cummins Procurement Event

Description

SIMSA is proud to announce another procurement event with the Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Suppliers Council (CAMSC) – this time with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), CBRE, and Cummins.  In addition to presentations and Q&A, a focus round table session will be arranged for select participants with each company.  Our previous event with Boeing and Cummins was a huge success!

Admission is $30, with all of the $30 going to the Salvation Army’s Christmas Kettle campaign in Saskatchewan.  Please note, live streams are limited, so please watch the event on a large screen in a socially distanced room where possible.

The event:

This virtual event will see representatives from each company (FCA, CBRE, and Cummins) present their North American supplier opportunities that are potentially relevant to Saskatchewan suppliers. 

Broadly, FCA, CBRE, and Cummins are looking for Aboriginal and/or minority owned suppliers, and also those with these groups as sub-contractors or sub-suppliers, or those with a strong interest in creating such a relationship.

FCA – Gregory Hawkins, Manager of Diversity Supplier Development, Michigan

CBRE – Nadine Shah, Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, Ontario

Cummins - TBA


Focused Round Table Sessions:

To be considered for the Focused Round Table sessions, please submit a 1-page document - for each applicable company (FCA, CBRE, and Cummins) - to eric.anderson@simsa.ca before December 11th, with the following details:

  • Target company [FCA, CBRE or Cummins]
  • Your company’s name
  • Your company’s website
  • Your company’s contact information
  • Your company’s percentage of Aboriginal and/or minority ownership
  • Ownership type – LP, JV, community, private, etc.
  • Aboriginal and/or minority owned subcontractors/suppliers your company uses
  • Specific areas your company supplies, per the listed items below (yet to come)

Your information will be sent to the respective companies for review and selection.
